What do we need to start?

Your agency brings

  • Permission from the site owner to run clearly marked test enquiries.
  • Up to five public HTTPS WordPress sites, the form URLs and the installed form plugins.
  • A WordPress administrator who can install and configure our plugin, plus a hosting contact for secure key configuration.
  • An alert recipient and agreement on test values, test timing and how your team handles test contacts.

We set up together

  • Check the actual form, success message and any consent, CAPTCHA or firewall restrictions before agreeing coverage.
  • Pair the plugin using a short-lived token, then configure the checks, schedule and alerts.
  • Agree which tracking signals or optional CRM checks can be verified with the access you authorise.
  • Run the first test and review the evidence before activating the agreed schedule.

Plugin minimums: WordPress 6.4 and PHP 8.1. Each setup still needs qualification. Send site URLs and plugin names in your first enquiry—not passwords, API keys or real customer records.

Monthly checks matter.

The monthly budget is shared across scheduled and manual checks. A 31-day example with one hourly browser journey, one hourly HTTP check and daily SSL and DNS checks uses 1,550 checks per website.

The first 30 days cost €0.

The free pilot is for five selected agencies. It includes guided setup, a results review, five seats and 30 days of evidence. We confirm fit before onboarding.

No automatic overage charges.

The private pilot has no automatic overage charge. Talk to LeadUptime if the published ceilings do not fit.

How to compare monitoring options

Compare the actual form stages tested, supported plugins, monthly check budget, alert routes, retention and setup work. Ask for evidence for your configuration. A low price per site is not a complete comparison without the number of covered journeys and their cadence. The paid plans shown here remain planned and are not yet available to purchase.

How many checks does the sample setup use?

Five websites at the documented 31-day baseline use 7,750 of the Starter or pilot allowance of 10,000 checks. Faster cadences on every monitor can exceed the plan budget.

Is there a free plan?

Five selected agencies can apply for a free 30-day guided pilot. There is no card, automatic renewal or guarantee of acceptance.

Can I buy online?

Not yet. There is no public self-service checkout during the private pilot.
