01Define the expected event
Record the platform, event name and the point in the journey where it should appear. Match the expectation to the form’s actual success behavior and agreed consent state. A click event and a successful form submission are not interchangeable outcomes.
02Read the browser evidence
Inspect whether the configured browser-observable signal appeared after the matching synthetic submission. A missing expected signal can identify a tracking problem while the form itself still works. Report the affected stage rather than calling the entire website unavailable.
03Check platform reporting separately
If you need to establish receipt in an analytics or advertising system, use that provider’s authorized reporting tools and correlate the test appropriately. Browser evidence alone does not establish ingestion, deduplication, consent processing or attribution. Do not infer business revenue from a synthetic event.
04Maintain the boundary in reports
Say which event was observed and when. State whether provider-side receipt was independently checked. The recorded historical LeadUptime tracking test and the completed 24-hour form observation answer different questions; the 72 passing form checks are not proof of every analytics integration.
