WordPress 7.1, PHP 8.3, Contact Form 7 6.1.7 and WPForms Lite 2.0.1.1. App and plugin: 0.19.2. An isolated PostgreSQL database and local SMTP test inbox were used. No third-party forms or customer data.

Narrow down the failure.
The form succeeded while tracking was missing
After the expected tracking signal was removed, the form and signed WordPress acknowledgement still worked. The check reported a tracking failure and an alert arrived in the local test inbox. Restoring the signal produced a successful check and closed the incident.
Mail-dispatch failure and recovery
An intentional SMTP fault caused the Contact Form 7 check to fail at WordPress acknowledgement and open an incident. A local alert-worker permission defect was corrected before the alert was delivered. Restored SMTP dispatch produced a successful check and closed the incident.
What this does not establish
The public one-time-token pairing flow was not reaccepted in this test. Local HTTPS used a test certificate and local-only test allowances. Inbox receipt was checked separately in Mailpit; this does not make LeadUptime an inbox-delivery guarantee. CRM adapters, Elementor Pro and current V2 features are not qualified by this historical test.
