01Form monitoring in the guided pilot
Contact Form 7 and WPForms Lite passed 72/72 scheduled checks across two WordPress sites. The test used three hourly monitors, matching WordPress acknowledgements, 72 captured test emails and 144 evidence files. Each customer journey is configured and verified separately before scheduling.
02Mail Reply for the authorized internal team
Approved internal administrators with sending access can reply to incoming messages from the same mailbox using plain text or a template. Recipient and subject are prefilled; drafts can be saved and reopened. Sending requires confirmation. This is not an automatic responder or a mail feature available to every customer account.
03Separate Mail Reply acceptance
The packaged web app and actual worker sent one plain-text and one template reply over verified STARTTLS to an isolated capture service. Both completed in one attempt with the expected conversation headers. Browser checks covered format switching, draft reopening and confirmed sending. The data was synthetic; no customer message content was used for acceptance.
04Deployment and recovery verified
The exact backend package was verified before activation. Deployment and health checks passed. Encrypted database/evidence snapshots were restored on the server and on a separate Mac. This establishes the verified snapshots, not every future failure scenario.
05Remaining scope
Licensed Elementor Pro, external CRM acceptance and native report print preview remain separate qualification items. The free pilot is guided and invitation-based; paid plans are not publicly available to purchase. A passing form test does not guarantee arrival at every email provider.
