01Set a meaningful reporting window
Choose a period that matches the service review and identify which sites and monitors it includes. Explain gaps or changes to coverage. A result for one contact form should not be presented as availability of an entire client website or every possible submission route.
02Distinguish checks from enquiries
Scheduled synthetic checks use agreed made-up values. Their pass rate describes those configured checks, not the count of real leads or their conversion rate. Label demonstration material clearly, and use actual redacted run evidence when explaining a real incident.
03Share deliberately
LeadUptime supports private expiring HTML reports. Confirm the intended recipient and expiry before sharing. Expiry limits future access through that link; it does not retract screenshots or copies already made by a recipient. Keep sensitive original customer messages out of report material.
04Explain retention and next steps
Evidence availability follows the configured retention policy. Preserve an authorized record needed for a client review before its retention period ends. Summarize open actions with an owner and expected follow-up. Native print-preview verification remains separate; do not promise a validated PDF export workflow from an HTML report.
